Generally speaking, the meal plans are given for weekly meal prep. You will, in essence, eat the same thing for a week. Meal plan 1 is for week 1, meal plan 2 is for week 2, etc. If a program is 8 weeks and you see 4 weeks of meal plans, you will repeat that meal plan for the second half of your program.
