How can I make the meal plan more specific to my body?

The meal plans are designed as a general guide with a base number of calories in each plan that works for most people. They are great to get you started in building healthy habits, and you should see results if you follow them closely. However, as you become more experienced in nutrition, you may want to “fine tune” the meal plan to your specific needs. This takes some homework, but with time, it can become second nature! Here are some easy steps:
1)     Calculate your macros using our Macro Calculator.
2)     Using those macros and the meal plan, adjust your serving sizes to meet those numbers. You may utilize a macro tracking app if needed, as many have a database with the macro values of various foods.
3)     Try to hit your macro numbers every day.
