Do I get a cheat meal on the meal plan?

Here in the MA community, we prefer to call them “reward meals” because we don’t want to have the mindset that we are depriving ourselves. The goal is to create a healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable. You may have one “reward meal” a week while on your meal plan. Try not to make this a “reward day” so that you don’t throw off your progress. After your reward meal, you don’t need to do an extra workout or skip a meal. Simply drink lots of water and get right back on track. You may even find that as you continue building healthy eating habits, the reward meal that you find enjoyable will change, as junk food often becomes less desirable when you are used to consuming whole, nutritious options. You will notice a difference in how you feel when eating these different foods! That said, consume that reward meal guilt-free.
