We went out on a limb with changing the presentation of the nutrition information for the Booty Guide. Massy has partnered with TRU CEO and nutritionist, Sean Torbati, in preparation of this new style menu.
The meal plan features a "base" menu that has pre- and post-workout meals and then remaining meals, and once you get comfortable nailing those daily macros you can begin using the swap guide to switch up your base menu while staying in your macro window. We've provided several ways to prepare some of the foods, but moved away from entire full recipes and variety of menus in this program due to the varying preference of the masses.
